Dog owner failed to control pet

These are among the latest cases to be dealt with by Bath Magistrates' Court.

Anna Witt, 45, of Cameley Green, Bath, was fined £335 and ordered to pay £500 compensation for being the owner of a dog which was dangerously out of control in a public place and being in charge of a dog which had worried livestock.

Bogumil Weglarz, 26, of Lambridge Place, Bath, was ordered to pay £500 compensation for criminal damage.

Donato Picciuto, 46, of Queens Drive, Bath, was given a community order and disqualified from driving for 20 months for failing to provide a specimen of breath.

Martin Beckett, 21, of Linley Close, Bath, was fined £100 and ordered to pay £100 compensation for criminal damage.

Nicola Webb, 30, of Bethell Court, Bradford on Avon, was given a one-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £8 compensation for shoplifting.

Suzanne Chandler, 46, of Eagle Road, Batheaston, was fined £60 and given three penalty points for speeding.

Jonathan Ingram, 48, of Devonshire Buildings, Bath, was fined £60 and given three penalty points for speeding.

Raymond Spearing, 58, of Constable Close, Keynsham, was fined £165 and given three penalty points for speeding.

Marie Willis, 39, of New King Street, Bath, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.

Peter Woloszynski, 63, of Tellisford, was fined £110 and given eight penalty points for driving without insurance.

Alison Howell, 34, of Lambridge Place, Bath, was fined £60 and given three penalty points for speeding.

Diane King, 47, of Springfield Close, Corsham, was fined £60 and given three penalty points for speeding.

Daniel Scott, 29, of Redland Park, Bath, was given an 18-week prison sentence for assault by beating.
