More than 1,700 athletes are fine tuning their last-minute preparations, friends, family and supporters are descending on Bath . . . so let the games begin.
The opening ceremony of the Special Olympics GB National Summer Games takes place against the backdrop of Royal Crescent tomorrow.
Singer and Britain's Got Talent star Susan Boyle will be performing at the ceremony and other guests include Special Olympics GB ambassador and James Bond film actor Colin Salmon and jazz singer Clare Teal, who until recently lived in Bath.
Also there will be the Bath Chronicle bringing you regular updates and pictures from the event which begins tomorrow night.
