History students want to tap into the memories of people who can shed light on Ethiopian leader Haile Selassie's time in Bath.
Three students at the University of the West of England in Bristol are doing placements at Fairfield House, the African leader's home when he was exiled to Britain between 1936 and 1941.
The building had been an old people's home but is now used as a day centre for people from the black and ethnic minorities communities.
Student Emily Rodgers and her colleagues are researching Selassie's time in Bath and are hoping to record interviews with people for an oral history project which would create an exhibition there.
Anyone who can help is asked to call Emily on 01225 333479.
