Nigerian author Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is coming to Bath.
The writer, whose bestselling work includes the novel Half of a Yellow Sun, will be at Topping and Co bookshop on Monday, April 8.
She will be talking about her latest work Americanah, which tells the story of two teenagers Ifemelu and Obinze, who fall in love under Nigeria's military dictatorship.
The event starts at 7.45pm for 8pm.
Another highlight of the bookshop's calendar of upcoming events is Neil Gaiman.
The legendary writer will be appearing at Bathwick St Mary's Church on Friday, June 14, at 7.30pm for an 8pm start.
