Here are the latest cases to be heard at Bath Magistrates' Court:

Scott Hart, 27, of Pennard Green, Twerton, was given a community order and ordered to pay £150 compensation for criminal damage and assault by beating.

Tom Jones, 21, of Sherwood Road, Keynsham, was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £175 compensation for criminal damage and assault by beating.

Tomasz Gajowski, 19, of Cynthia Road, Bath, was fined £150 and ordered to pay £50 compensation for being drunk and disorderly and criminal damage.

Gemma Kirby, 24, of Long Valley Road, Twerton, was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation for assault by beating.

Roland Blackmore, 60, of Combe Park, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew and an electronic tag for shoplifting.

David Lea, 46, of Julian House, Manvers Street, was fined £50 for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Emma Mitten, 31, of East Close, Bath, was given a community order, a curfew, an electronic tag, a restraining order and ordered to pay £500 compensation for assault by beating.

Jean-Marc Leitao, 34, of St George Place, Bath, was given an eight-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months and ordered to pay £175 compensation for assaulting a police officer and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

David Frame, 45, of Old Fosse Road, Bath, was given a community order and ordered to pay £50 compensation for assault by beating and shoplifting.

Jessica Scragg, 24, of Southlands, Bath, was given a community order and ordered to pay £80 compensation for being drunk and disorderly and two counts of assaulting a police officer.

Christopher Collister, 27, of The Circle, Southdown, was given a six-month conditional discharge for using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and failing to answer bail.

Mark Bowler, 49, of Englishcombe Lane, Bath, was given a ten-week prison sentence for damaging a restaurant A-board, damaging a shirt, two counts of assault by beating and assaulting a police officer.

Martin Bray, 45, of Julian Road, Bath, was fined £200 for being drunk and disorderly and using threatening or abusive words or behaviour.

Christian De Larrinaga, 55, of Widcombe Crescent, Bath, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.

Claire Peglar, 24, of Coronation Avenue, Bath, was fined £600 and given six penalty points for failing to provide a driver's identity to the police.

Marc Raven, 23, of Eastwood Complex, University of Bath, was given a one-year conditional discharge for possession of cannabis.
