A temporary fundraising charity shop has been opened in the centre of Bath.

The shop in Stall Street will raise money for the Bath branch of the Guide Dogs for the Blind charity.

It opens tomorrow and will run until Saturday, October 5, from 10am until 4pm, excluding Sunday September 29.

For sale will be items donated by supporters of the charity.

These include a three-piece leather suite.

Derek and Norma Stent, of Bathwick, who run the branch, will be in the shop with a guide dog, in order to give people the chance to find out more about the charity.

The couple hope to raise £5,000 to pay to train a guide dog.
